HIGHLIGHTS:
MORNING SHIFT

Ammonia-II:
1. NG HP header Mol_wt and C_No incorporated on DCS. 0.4% load indication
increased.
2. MU-4201 is running parallel with DSTU-4201. MU-4201 motor drawing 59
amperes.
3. KS-KS letdown station, PV-42026A remained normal.
4. Chlorine line strainer cleaning was carried out, minor pieces of polythene bags
found.
5. Plant-1, F.E load is 119%. HP header ∆P is 12.6 Kg/cm2.
6. EK-1501 A/B/D, EK-1521 A/B/C & EK-1531A are in service. Compressors
suction pressure is 279 PSI.

Urea-II:
1. Prill temperature min/max: 50/62°C
2. 1st & 2nd stage vacuum running values ~ 0.46/0.06 Kg/cm² (Abs).
3. DSTK-4101, HP side vent temperature is 190°C.
4. MP-4102A maximum winding temperature observed 121.1°C
5. Centrifuge on lube oil of DDEG-4701 is in operation.
6. SCARP drain line remained in service.

B&S:
1. P-I/P-II shipment remained normal.
2. 48 railway goods wagons loading is in progress.

EVENING SHIFT
Ammonia-II:
1. 200 NMC/Hr feed gas was decreased due to syn. loop pressure limit. N/S pls
normalize on available margin.
2. KS-KS letdown station, PV-42026A remained normal.
3. MU-4201 is running parallel with DSTU-4201. MU-4201 motor drawing 59
amperes.
4. K-4301 remained normal.
5. Ammonia was transferred once during the shift.
6. S-4801 make up pumps, P-4904D was taken in service after motor bearing job.
7. Plant-1, F.E load is 118.5%. HP header ∆P is 12.6 Kg/cm2.
8. EK-1501 A/C/D, EK-1521 A/B/C & EK-1531A/B are in service. Compressors
suction pressure is 228 PSI.

Urea-II:

1. Prills temperature min/max: 58/62oC.


2. 1st & 2nd stage vacuum running values ~ 0.46/0.07 Kg/cm² (Abs).
3. DSTK-4101, HP side vent temperature is 190°C.
4. MP-4102A, maximum winding temperature observed 122 oC.
5. SCARP drain line remained in service.

B&S:
1. P-I/II shipment remained normal.
2. P-I tripper moved for 40 mins owing to ME-114 tripping problem.
3. 34 out of 47 railway goods wagons loaded so far.

NIGHT SHIFT
Ammonia-II:

1. 100 Nmc/hr feed gas was increased as per margin.


2. MU-4201 is running parallel with DSTU-4201. MU-4201 motor drawing 59
amperes while DSTU-4201 speed is being maintained @ 5361 RPM.
3. PV-42026A remained normal and is under observation.
4. Ammonia was transferred once during the shift.
5. Plant-1, F.E load is 119.0%. HP header ∆P is 12.0 Kg/cm2.
6. EK-1501 A/B/D, EK-1521 A/B/C & EK-1531 A/B are in service. Compressors
suction pressure is 255 psi.

Urea-II:

1. Urea load remained low to manage ammonia inventory.


2. HP loop PI-410581 flange minor carbamate deposition observed.
3. Prills temperature min/max: 54/61°C.
4. 1st & 2nd stage vacuum running values ~ 0.46/0.06 Kg/cm² (Abs). E-4151/53
CWR temperature ~ 47/32oC.
5. DSTK-4101, HP side vent temperature is 185°C.
6. MP-4102A maximum winding temperature observed 113°C.
7. SCARP drain line remained in service.

B&S:

1. P-I/P-II shipment remained normal.


2. Loading of 47 railway goods wagons completed. Total urea loaded ; 1287 MeT.
