Sr. No. Application Process Information


1 After reading & confirming eligibility criteria, eligible boards and other related documents, click on “Click
here to Apply Online” button which will open first step of the Application Form. Fill in the required General
Information as per the serial number sequence. After filling up all the fields, click on “Submit”. Click “OK”.
An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Please Note:
i. When you click on Submit button, you will be directed to Step 2 of the Application Form. You can
either opt to continue to fill-up the Application Form (Steps 2 - 5) or you can opt to complete the
same later by logging in with your registered Mobile No. and password through “Login” option
under “Admissions”.
ii. There are no Physical Application Forms available in or outside college.
iii. Beware of touts claiming to have links in the college for direct admission bypassing the process
mentioned herein. Applicants are requested not to become victim of such traps as the college does
not allow indulgence in such illegal method of admission.
2 It is mandatory to fill-up the required details in the following steps in order to complete the application
procedure.

Application Note: Each selection will be treated as separate application &
application fee of Rs.750/- shall be applicable for each selection.
Sr. No. 18 - 31 comprises of personal details of the applicant
Additional required to be provided diligently.

Information Applicants interested to apply under Sports Quota can fill-up the
required information in this step.
Payment Applicants can choose between Online payment or Cash at bank

Options (Federal Bank only) to pay their Application Fees.

3 Before submitting your Online Application Form in Step 5, Applicants must choose between two modes of
payment, i.e., Online Payment or by Cash at Federal Bank branch. Applicants will be able to change the
mode of payment later through “Pay” button. For further details on payment, read Point No. 4 below.

Sr. No. Application Process Information


4 You can pay your Application Fees by two modes:
a) Online Mode of Payment* - If you want to pay your Application Fees online, you have to select
online payment option before submitting your Application Form. You can choose between Debit
Card, Credit Card or net-banking options to pay your Application Fees online.

Note:
i. Please do not press F5, Refresh, Reload, Right-click or Backspace button while doing online
payment.
ii. Banking charges will be added extra as applicable, only in case of online payment.
iii. In case if Online Payment is unsuccessful, read Online Payment Transaction Failure.
b) Cash at Federal Bank only- If you want to pay your Application Fees in cash, you have to select cash
at bank option before submitting your online Application Form. After successful completion of
online Application Form, you will have to print the Application Fees Challan to pay the same in cash
at any branch of Federal Bank (Rs. 750/- for each Application/ Session).
Note:
i. If in your browser “popup” is blocked, you will get a display on the top right side of the browser,
please click on that display and enable the popup.
ii. Your application is valid only after payment of the Application Fees.

5 After successful completion of Online Application Form, you will receive an SMS & E-mail. Applicants need
to print the following documents:

A) Application Fees Challan (Not required to submit in college)


B) Application Form (Not required to submit in college)

Please note:
i. If in your browser “popup” is blocked, you will get a red-colored display on the top right side of
the browser. Please click on that display to enable the popup.
ii. SMS will be received within 24 Hrs.
iii. In case of E-mail not being received in inbox, please check the Spam folder.

6 After payment of the Application Fees, wait for the merit list.
Please note:
i. Application Form or paid Fees challan/s is not required to be submitted physically in the college.
All information with regards to admission procedure and merit list will be published on college
website in due course of time.
ii. Don’t make inquiries for Merit List. It will be put up on the College Website and notified via SMS.
