When you approve a return merchandise authorization record in NetSuite, an inbound Available Oracle
shipment record is created in OWMS. When the inbound shipment record is marked as
received and verified in OWMS, an item receipt record is created in NetSuite. When you

item records’ OWMS tab. This integration sends inventory balance information to
Oracle NetSuite -> NetSuite using OWMS’s Inventory Summary Export. When balance information is
