AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, Atty. EMMANUEL E. SANDICHO, of legal age, Filipino, single and with

office and postal address at 2/F GCL Building, No. 6081 National Highway,
Sambat, Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna, after having been sworn in accordance
with law, depose and state that –

1. On 12 March 2019, I went to the Correctional Institute for Women

(CIW), located at Nuebe De Pebrero Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro
Manila. The purpose of my visit there was to meet a certain inmate
named Lorna Min; and convey to her the demand of Mr. Roberto Vibar
for payment of a sum of money in the amount of PHP200,000.00 plus
interest at the legal rate from 05 January 2011 until full
payment.

2. On the said date, 12 March 2019, I was able to see and communicate
with Lorna Min about Mr. Roberto Vibar’s demand for payment of
the sum of PHP200,000.00 plus interest at the legal rate from 05
January 2011 until full payment.

3. Lorna Min advised me that she will study Mr. Vibar’s demand for
payment within 10 days. Hence, I returned on 22 March 2019 and
met Lorna Min again on the said date. She advised me that she
cannot pay because her money is in a bank which she did not disclose.
I told him that Mr. Vibar can no longer wait and is anxious to file a case
against her.

4. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
