You can move across the slides in slide show view by clicking the mouse or by using
arrow Keys. exit the slide show view press Esc on key board.

We should avoid writing too much in one slide, so that the audience can easily
grasp what is being said, which otherwise would be difficult to understand if a slide
has too many content.

To change the chart type on a slide steps are: Right click on the chart a
shortcut menu appears now choose Change Chart Type… option select
the required chart type new chart type is reflected.

The methods to insert notes in the slides are :
Method 1 : In the normal view of the slide bottom, there is an area meant for input
of speaker notes. Add whatever you want.
Method 2 : Click the View tab Click on Notes page from the Presentation
Views group Add whatever you want in the notes area.

To print the notes of a presentation steps are : click the FilePrint command
from the setting options select the notes pages option from the print layout
click Print.

To set the sound to play automatically when the slide is displayed steps are : Click
on Insert AudioSelect the Audio Tools Playback tab In the Audio
Options group, choose Play across slides from the drop-down menu.
