Un-collated output means whenever you want to print multiple copies of the
presentation, then the prints are not organized according to sets. Here Un-collated
means, all the pages of each copy will be printed together for e.g. : if you want to
print 3 sets of the presentation then they are printed in this order : 1,1,1; 2,2,2;
3,3,3 and so on.
