MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The hearing for the above titled case was set on 28

March 2019, Thursday, 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel hereby regretfully

informs the Honorable Court that she cannot attend said
hearing;

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully

request the Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the
instant case to another date, subject to the availability
of the Honorable Court’s calendar;

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to

delay the proceedings of the instant case

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of the

Honorable Court that the hearing of the above-entitled case on
March 28, 2019, 8:30 in the morning be cancelled and the same be
reset to another date that is convenient to the calendar of the
Honorable Court.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the foregoing

circumstances are likewise prayed for.
