^^^^^Ms Whiz shake^^^^^
1 ripe banana
8 ounces (250 ml) orange juice
1 Tablespoon (20 ml) liquid chlorophyll
2 Teaspoons Rice Bran Syrup
2 Teaspoons cold-pressed almond or sesame oil
Blend well until frothy

^^^^^^Mung beans and Rice ^^^^^^
Double or triple this recipe for food to last several days
4 ½ cups water
½ cup whole mung beans
½ cup basmati rice
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup finely minced ginger root
3 cups chopped vegetables
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
¾ tablespoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon dried crushed red chilés
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt......Braggs is better for this Challenge
Soak mungbeans over night. Rinse the mung beans and rice. Add the mung beans to boiling water
and cook until they begin to split. May take an hour on medium/ high heat. Add the rice and cook
another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Now add the vegetables.
In a sauté pan add a tbs of olive oil, then add the onions, garlic, and ginger and sauté until clear. Add
the spices and cook 5 more minutes, stirring constantly. Add a little water if necessary. Add this to
the cooked rice and beans. You can substitute vegetables as you like, as well as use Bragg Liquid
Aminos instead of salt.
^^^^^^Yellow Dahl or Red lentils ^^^^^^^
3 tsp. whole cumin seeds
1/2 cup frozen or fresh peas
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 medium onion, diced (1 1/2 cups)
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 tsp.)
1 tsp. salt
2 cups yellow dahl or red lentils, rinsed well
6 cups water
1tsp masala
1 tsp. ground turmeric
Wash lentils 3 x, then put in boiling water for 5 mins, rinse out again. Then add the water again and
bring to boil. Add all the ingredients. Cook on medium heat till beans have doubled in size and
started to connect to other lentils. Take about 30-50 mins. Stir occasionally .

^^^^^^Large Salad 🥗 ^^^^^^^
As large a salad as you want. Don’t use ranch dressing or add dairy or wheat into your salad. Keep it
just veggies, seeds and nuts. yogi Bhajan said women should let the balsamic and olive oil sit on the
salad for a good amount of time before you eat it

Lemon water in morning
Water during the day
Yogi Tea as much as you desire
^^^^Yogi tea ^^^^^^
3 quarts of water
2 cups ginger
2 tsp black pepper
1tsp clove
1tbs cardamom
10 sticks cinnamon
Bring water to a boil.
Add ingredients and cook at medium heat for 1 hour
Strain our tea into another pot or if ingredients are in a homemade bag, take bag out
Let sit for 1 hour
^^^^^^Cardamom milk for digestion ^^^^^^
1 tsp cardamom seeds
8 cups oat milk, rice milk or almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
Bring milk to a boil . Add ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 mins
^^^^^Weight loss tea ^^^^^^
1 tbsp dried mint leaves
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1/4 th oz tamarind
Dash of black salt
1 lemon
Dash of black pepper
1quart water
Bring water to a boil. Add ingredients, cook at medium heat for 20-30 mins. Strain and drink
