Respondents: 1.) PTA Treasurer, who required PTA full payment of Php 395.00 before affixing signature on Learner’s Clearance
2.) School Head, who was informed of the details of the matter and who promised to facilitate the enrollment of the learner concerned
Details: The inquirer called to forward complaint of the mother: Her incoming Grade 1 daughter was not enrolled because the latter's clearance was not
signed by the PTA treasurer (as per the record of PTA Treasurer, she was not able to settle previous year's account, when in fact, she did pay 395
last school year).

concerned learner. DIO, then, talked to the mother (through phone) to go back to the
school and see the School Principal. The learner has been officially enrolled.
