“A”), after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That my husband/our father who passed away last February 8, 2019 is a stockholder of PXP Energy
Corporation (formerly Philex Petroleum Corp.), represented by the following Certificate/s of Stock:

That since the day Rommel A. Estrada passed away we have been trying to locate the above stock
certificate/s to no avail and now must irretrievably lost and can no longer be found despite diligent efforts to
locate the same;

encumbered by me, and that they are free from any lien or encumbrance;
That this affidavit had been executed for the purpose of securing from PXP Energy Corporation
(formerly Philex Petroleum Corp.) new certificates in replacement of the certificates of stock mentioned above
and to request the Corporation to either take the necessary steps to prevent the negotiation of transfer of said lost
