What is better than having a successful business? An Entrepreneurs​ most 

obvious advantage is the opportunity to be your own boss. Being in charge and making 

the important decisions regarding your business can be fulfilling, but it can also be 

challenging. An Entrepreneur is able to ​choose the work that he/she like to do and that 

makes the most of their strengths and skills. ​Being a successful Entrepreneur is a

reliable career path because it requires little to no education,own time management,

and it pays well.

Obviously the more educated a person is, the more knowledge they know about

that type of department or field. According to “Biz Brain”, going to college can “give

entrepreneurs another business prospective”. Credibility is a big importance of a

business degree. This can be very helpful when entrepreneurs hire employees, form

partnerships, and or ask investors for money. According to “Biz Brian”, college is very

expensive for one to go to and having a business degree doesn't guarantee success.

According to my brother “Adam Shpurker”, the most important tool is getting your

education because nobody can take that away from you. Anybody can take your arm off

but nobody can take your education away from you. Being able to understand and to

learn things make anybody more employable. Just graduating high school makes you

more employable but if somebody wants to be an entrepreneur than being able to listen

to others and by demonstrating that you know what you are doing makes your business

more successful.

One of the biggest reason someone becomes an Entrepreneur is because of the

money. Everyone needs money to take care of themselves even if they like there job or

not. Being able to like your job and being paid well is very expected from everybody no

matter what their education is. According to the “American Express Open”,

Entrepreneurs are making around seventy thousand dollars a year to themselves in

2017. According to “Biz Fluent”, only fifteen percent of Entrepreneurs need a second job

to support their dream and the other eighty five percent pay themselves a salary.

Successful Entrepreneurs can make unhealthy amount of money and ​If the venture is

successful, the sky's the limit. Some examples are the founders of Google or Facebook

or Whatsapp. This is very important because anybody can get what they want if they

work for it. The founder of Apple dropped out of college and he lived a rich and happy

life before he died. He was smart even though he didn't finish college. He dropped out

of college his first semester according to “American business” because he thought that

he could make “good things” and “change the world”. Having that mind set like Steve

Jobs, can make anyone more motivated in having or starting up a business and by

becoming an entrepreneur. People like him is the reason why people even become

entrepreneurs and the dream of being rich/happy. Everybody likes money and being

able to work on your own time is fantastic because then you like what you are doing. If

you are successful enough then you can have other people work and basically can just

relax because you did what you had to do and that's what most successful

entrepreneurs do .

Entrepreneurs get to work any time that they feel like. Working on your own time

makes your schedule more flexible and it is more possible to do the things you enjoy

and then work in the morning if you want. According to “E Notes”, An employee works

for a set number of hours while a Entrepreneur sets his/her own hours and location.

However, entrepreneurs usually spend much more time on their ventures as compared

to regular employees. Deciding your own time is very important because then a

Entrepreneur doesn't have to get stressed about getting something done because they

make the rules. This makes the entrepreneur more flexible on his or her schedule and

it's way better for business. Time management is the most important thing for being an

entrepreneur, according to “ E Note”. THis makes any person trying to run a business

happy because it gives hope to that person in their business. Having a partner/CEO is

very important because then you can split the time with him and make your brain better

psychologically.

In conclusion, a successful Entrepreneur is the motive and catalyst for the future.

A successful Entrepreneur does not come easy but anyone who puts their mind to it can

be one and that's my goal. Gaining Knowledge from my brother who is achieving his

MBA in May helps me a lot about being an entrepreneur. Being a Entrepreneur is a

reliable career path for me because it requires little no none education, own time

management, and it pays well.
