Chapter V
Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation
This chapter presents the summary of the findings,
conclusion and recommendations. This study was conducted to
look for the impacts of school construction to students’
academic performance.
The questionnaire was used as the tool in gathering which
was answered by the Grade 12 students of Camiguin National
High School. The responses were gathered, tabulated and
analyzed.
Summary:
The present study sought to address the impacts of school
construction program to students’ academic performance. The
one hundred fifty three respondents came from the Grade 12
students of Camiguin National High School.
The result shows that the school construction program has
no effect to the students’ academic performance as each show
on the data. Though the students are being destructed by the
noise they can still focus and being able to understand the
lessons well.
Conclusion:
Based on the summary and findings, the researcher’s
therefore concluded that there is no significant impact of
school construction program to student’s academic performance
and therefore the null hypothesis have accepted.
Recommendation:
The researchers recommend the following:
To the students the researchers suggested to maintain the
focus during class hours even though there is a noise
disturbance due to the school construction program in the
area.
To the school administrator’s it is advised to do more
activities which can make the students to be attentive in
class.
To the future researchers it is recommended to study
further more about this topic and explore more about the
possible impacts that the school construction program might
cause.
