The FIN MAN 408 and ACCTG 503 courses (Project Feasibility Study) will have an oral
defense on October 7, 8 & 9, 2017 as final requirement of the course.

As agreed by the committee and the students, each student will pay P820.00 to defray expenses
for the entire process of the study until the oral presentation day.

In this connection, I would like to ask your permission:

 to allow the department/committee to collect the P820.00;
 to allow the students and CBE faculty members to enter the school premises on October
8, 2017 (Sunday) from 8:00am to 5:00 pm; and
 to allow us to use the facilities like air-conditioned classrooms and others to pursue the
said activity.

Attached are the breakdown of the different fees and the classlist of the course.
