CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVE

The company has formed a foundation on behalf of its founder MD Mr K A Mathew, provides
free medical aid for poor people. Deserving people are given full care and preferences by the
foundation. The foundation provides scholarship to the children of employees scored highest
marks. The foundation also gives preferences for maintenance charge for selected educational
institutions. Company provides job to the local youth. The company plays important role in the
welfare of the society, thus helping to develop a loyal semi-permanent workforce.

There are four primary social obligations of business:

Creation of wealth- in the form of goods and services required by the community, of good
quality and at reasonable prices.
