Personal statement
!

I am an ambitious and personable individual. My main motivation is to better myself everyday and
reach new hights for myself and the people around me. My main strenght is my hard work
accompanied by talent and the will to learn. I have developed important skills to approach any task
that I undertake with responsibilty and a focused mind on getting the best result possible. I count with
experience in sales, customer service and administration. Also, I count with good communication
skills to make sure that I am excellent at working with other people in a team.

My aim is to learn and succeed, you can never learn enough this will guide me towards being a
successful professional.

I have always excelled in everything I do and the only time that I get frustrated is when my goals are
not being accomplished which only makes me work harder. To be the best has always been a part of
me since I was young, but I do not consider myself a selfish person as I enjoy helping others to grow
personally and professionaly.
I have worked as a volunteer for a company called "Compassion" that helps children and elderly in
need.

I was responsible for setting and meeting sales targets of the company through effective planning and
making sure the targets were realistic and achievable.

Team motivation and incentivating the team to work as a unit. Getting the best out of each employee.

Brand promotion and making the product and brand popular among customers.

As a sales manager it was my duty to make the team deliver desired results, tracking their results and
supervising them.

Responsibilities & Achievements

As a marketing and sales executive I had to work closely with other employees and customers to
improve various company flaws, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and
distribution staff.


I was in charge of investigating price, demand and competition and then devising and presenting ideas
and strategies to improve our sales and brand recognition. I started socialmedia campaigns for the
company and signed four partnership treaties with other companies to expose our brand furthermore
in the city and region.
