The pupils will classify the picture of the materials is poisonous,
toxic, flammable or corrosive. Use the Table on Teacher’s Activity
Guide.

SAFETY FIRST!
The pupils will identify ways on proper use of harmful materials
found at home and school. The pupils will put / if the picture shows
proper ways of handling materials and x if not. The pupils will
answer the Activity 1 at Learners Activity Sheet.

1.What are the proper ways of handling harmful chemicals at home
and in school? Give 3 examples.
2. What will happen if we do not use or handle these materials
properly?

The pupils will answer the following situation that will be posted
on the board.

have drawn.
