 Check, prepare, summarize and monitor payroll of labor from different project sites.
 Booking of flights of employees.
 Register HDMF online membership account of those labor who are not yet registered.
 Check, prepare and monitor billing of fuel consumption from suppliers.
 Summarize expenses from liquidation report daily, monthly and yearly.
 Check and monitor the monthly billings of electric bill, water bill, internet bill and rentals from
offices, staff houses, warehouses of every project sites.
 Check and monitor official receipts, invoices, billings and other documents from suppliers and offices
of project sites received through a courier company.
 Check expanded withholding tax and accounts payable on official receipts.
 Provide clerical support including mailing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
 Answer and direct phone calls.
 Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
 Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
 Performs other duties as assigned.
