Dear Engr Willy

Please find attched herewith Proposed layout of blood bank to be constructed in Rustaq Hospital. I
discussed with you to provide structural details of the same at the earliest as our DG want to do this work
very urgently. The layout is already approved by Hospital Director and Assit Director of Administration and
Finance. Please see the approved copy in another following email.

You are requested to prepare required Structural design (Only for Blood Bank) which must show plinth,
roof slab coloums and beam design rest work will be done by our team locally. Please note at this time we
need only structure design details for blood bank other layouts are for proposed TPN and Cytotoxin only
to give clear picture about the area.

Your Prompt response will be highly appreciated.
