 UNDERTAKING BY THE CONTRACTOR

Dear Sir,

Sub: Interior works of Regional Office, Agricultural Insurance Co. of India,

Having examined the terms and conditions, work & material specifications and the
drawings included in or referent in the technical bid for the above work, submission of
which is hereby duly acknowledged, we offer to carry out the works detailed in this price
bid as the bill of quantities, in conformity with the terms and conditions, work & material
specifications and the drawings included in or referent in the technical bid for the sum as
quoted in the price bid.

Our acceptance to all the conditions of the technical and price bid shall persist over any
other terms and conditions, deviations if any, given in our bid.

We undertake, if our bid is accepted, to commence and complete the works as specified
in the tender documents, as per the dates/period specified in the tender documents.

We agree to abide by this bid for the period of 3 months from the date fixed for price bid
opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period.

Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, this bid, together with your written
acceptance thereof and your letter of Intent shall constitute a binding contract between us.
We undertake that, in competing for (and, if the award is made to us for executing) the
above contract, we will strictly observe the laws against fraud and corruption in force in
India namely "Prevention of Corruption Act 1988".

We understand that you are not bound to accept the lower or any bid you may receive.

other details in the technical bid should be brought to the notice of the Architect and clarified before
quoting / execution.
