Method 1
Turn the TV on.
Turn the Volume all the way down to "0"
Then press and hold the {MUTE} button on the remote and the {MENU} button on the TV for few
seconds.
A "S" will be displayed at top centre of screen.
To exit, turn the power off.

Turn the TV on
Using the remote: Press {MUTE} button.
Then press the {MENU} button and select "SOUND" option.
Select "BALANCE" option.
Now press the {3} {1} {3} {8} buttons.
The Service Menu will be displayed.

LCD Method 1
Start with the TV Turned On.
Press the Menu Button on the remote, then {4} {7} {2} {5}
TV Method 1
Hold down the {VOL -} button ON THE TV.
Press the {RECALL} or {INFO} button 3 times on the remote.
The Service Menu will be displayed.
Use {1} {2} on remote to navigate main menu items.
Use {3} {4} on remote to navigate sub-menu items.
Use {VOL+} {VOL -} on remote to change item value.
Power off to exit service mode and save.
TV Method 2
Hold down the {VOL -} button on the TV
Then press the {0} button 3 times on the remote.
To exit, press the {EXIT} button or turn the power off.
Projector Method 1
Turn the Projector on.
Press the {POWER} button.
A "Power Off" confirmation will come up on screen.
Then press {LEFT} {UP} {DOWN} {UP} {DOWN} & {ENTER} buttons.
The Service Menu will be displayed.
To exit, turn the Projector Off.
Projector Method 2
Turn the Projector on.
Press the {POWER} button.
Then press {RIGHT} {UP} {DOWN} {UP} {DOWN} & {ENTER} buttons.

Go to "Options" menu.
Select "OSD".

Philips Service Menu

You can use the Philips service menu, for such things as resetting the digital tuner, a total
factory reset and enabling/disabling hotel mode. In this mode you must be careful as you can
cause irreparable damage to your set.
Method 1
Press the {0}, {6}, {2}, {5}, {9}, {6} & {MENU} buttons on the remote.
Method 2
Press the {0}, {6}, {2}, {5}, {9}, {6} & {INFO} buttons on the remote.

Press the {1}, {2}, {3}, {6}, {5} & {4} buttons on the remote.

Press and hold the "AUTO" & "MENU" button,
Then press "POWER" button to turn ON the lcd monitor.
Now press the "MENU" button to open the OSD menu, at the bottom of menu, you get the extra
selection, Go and select it, then you can login to factory service mode.

You can use the Samsung service menu, for such things as resetting the digital tuner, a total

Put TV on standby and then push in series these buttons on the remote: 'info, menu, mute,
power' the TV will then turn itself on and display the service menu.

With the TV in standby, press the {DISPLAY} {P.STD} {MUTE} {POWER} on the remote.
Method 4
With the TV in standby, press the {SLEEP} {P.STD} {MUTE} {POWER} on the remote.

With the TV in standby, press the {DISPLAY} {MENU} {MUTE} {POWER} on the remote.
Method 6
With the TV in standby. On the remote, press Mute followed by 1, 1, 9, Enter in sequence.
Samsung LCD Monitor Service Menu
Power on the lcd monitor and open the OSD menu.
Set the Brightness and Contrast to 0.
Then press and hold the "SOURCE or ENTER" button for 5 second until the "SERVICE
FUNCTION MENU" pop-up.

Method 1
Turn The TV off.
Press and hold the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons on the TV.
Then press and release the {POWER} button on the TV.

You should get your regular menu up, but with a "F" in the bottom right corner of the menu (This
is for factory).
Press and hold the {MENU} button for few seconds.
The Service Menu will be displayed.
Method 2
Turn The TV off.
Press and hold the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons on the TV.
Then press and hold the {POWER} button on the TV.
Keep all three buttons pressed for few seconds.
Now press the {MENU} button on the remote.
