2 Building Staff Capability

Perhaps interviews with some staff to extract this information qualitatively may provide
some insight into those who are feeling left out or unhappy. It might not be school

Provide more opportunity for staff to meet with a member of leadership either twice a
4 year or each term.
2 Allowing opportunities for staff to be able to indicate their area for growth.
Line managers to have formal meetings where feedback can be provided on a regular
4 basis. Assist staff in recognizing they are not work independently
