I am referring to the Elijah House Academy that is looking for Dean on Students Position to

make a difference with students and to also assist Elijah House Academy with all aspects of academics
, student growth and bridging the gaps between students, teachers, and administration throughout the
school year. I reviewed this position on the dean of students .

I believe this position best suits my skills and experience, because I am currently an substitute
teacher, after school Counselor High school basketball coach and have held this position since the Fall
of 2016. Due to my extensive training that I have received and still receiving as a Henrico County
Employee has given me the knowledge and the right tools that are required to be successful in this
position. And with having the knowledge and the right tools it has allowed me to be that leader that is
able to help others, that is capable of making the right decision(s) and to handle whatever challenging
situation(s) that may surface.
