Level 3: Developing Score: 3.4
Performance: An infant mentor at this level has skills relating to planning and implementation that are beginning to be applied more consistently and confidently, and with fewer mistakes,
yet continues to require some support and guidance.
Level 4: Applying Score: 4.0

You two did so well today. I honestly was so impressed! I love that you had mom prepare for your activities ahead of time by grabbing the
materials you needed for your activities. That was something that I haven’t seen done before but it was really helpful and I felt like it got mom
excited for the activities. Seriously, I don’t have much constructive criticism to give at all. Keep doing what you’re doing!
