Professional Summary
Exceptional worker who is motivated and has previous experience in the working industry. Always
enthusiastic and creative when performing tasks and will try my hardest to exceed goals and
expectations.

Skills
 Self-motivated- being an only child, I've learned to be quite independent and get on with things
without persuasion, an example being when I come home from school I always cook my own dinners
and get on with my homework. I can adapt this self-motivation to other circumstances.
 Strong verbal communication- I’m always open to conversation and I've developed a good sense of
strong communication over the years, especially through playing for a football team. Team sports has
taught me to instruct the defence appropriately and to remain calm in intense situations. This can be
adapted to the working environment and social situations.
 Efficient and organised- Organisation for me is key, I like to be organised and I have to have a plan
for any forthcoming events.
 Team leadership-In team situations such as sports and school projects, I like to try and help out as
much as possible in order to make a positive contribution. To me it’s really important to try and
promote my ideas but also to listen to other people as well to ensure everyone is happy in certain
situations.
 Budgeting and finance- Being money aware is vital to me, I’m very good at handling money
appropriately; my mother works in finance and has taught me how I should spend my money and use it
effectively. I’m also very good at maths so financially I understand the value of money and how and
where it should be used.

Work History
Café Assistant- 07/2017 to 10/2017
Beeches café-Farnham Common Buckinghamshire
I worked as a cafe assistant in the Burnham Beeches Cafe for 4 months as a Saturday job. The job was
8 hours (from 10-6) and my role as a cafe assistant included washing up, cleaning down tables, serving
food and beverages, using the till, cleaning the toilets and most importantly trying to make sure that I
created healthy relationships with my fellow workers and customers. I cycled to and from work every
Saturday and made sure I was in every day at the right time with no exceptions.

Education
College
The Henley College
I have currently just started to attend college and I am studying a media diploma, which is the
equivalent of 3, A levels. This is a big change for me but I feel I am adapting quickly and settling in
well.

In my GCSE’S I think I did very well and I am proud of myself; I got a 5 in maths, 5 in English
Language (which I took a year early), 4 in English literature, c in Media and a 5 in PE. I was very close
to passing my science; I was a few marks off a pass. This means I passed 5 gcse’s and managed to get
one early.
I believe I’m a very sociable person and I always like to be out and about doing something so I’m not
wasting the day away.

Popular hobbies of mine include- cycling, going to the gym, going out with my friends on bikes, going
out with my friends to London for the day, revising when necessary, spending time with family and
finding ways to earn money by helping around the house and re-selling clothes.

Additional Information
Notes to include-

I have various swimming certificates and awards.

I have many other sports certificates and wards such as football.
I already have a GCSE one year prior to the exams.
