Good day!

I, Ronstar M. Tanate , a 5th year student of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, under the A.Y. 2012-
2013 curriculum, and a regular student. I only have one (1) back subject and hopefully can finish the
entire course until second semester A.Y. 2019-2020.

I was not able to enroll ARC 044 BUILDING TECHNOLOGY 5- ALTERNATIVE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
SYSTEMS during my fifth year summer class A.Y 2019-2020 because of a failed subject when I was a
second year (2nd semester) student, I have to retake that subject and eventually have to cope up its pre
requisite subjects that took me until last summer class A.Y. 2019-2020 to finish it.

In this regard, I would like to ask your kind office to grant and allow me to have an overload of 3 units
since the allowable load for this semester is 17 units.
