TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The rent payable by the LESSEEs to the Lessor for the Schedule Premises shall
be Rs.14,000 /-(Rupees Fourteen Thousand only) per month, Excluding
maintenance Charges.

The TENANT has paid the Owner an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One


Lakh only) as an advanced payment as security Deposit by way of C:heq~e
bearing No.000008, dated:24-04-2019, drawn on HDFC Bank, Electronic City
Branch, Bangalore.

The Tenancy period shall be for 11 months with effect from 01-05-2019 can be
extended by mutual consent of the both the parties. The rent shall be paid on or
before 10th day of every month .

The Owner without interest at the time of vacating the Scheduling premises,
While refunding this amount, the owner will be entitled to recover amounts due
for any arrears of Rent, Electricity, Water, Paint, Consumption and the other
damages done to the Schedule Property.

The TENANT shall keep the leased premise in reasonably good condition subject
to normal wear and tear incidental to its use as a "Residential Purpose" only,
shall not use for any other business, and shall deliver it to the Owner at the
time of expiry of lease or vacating the Scheduling premises.

The LESSEEs shall not sub-let assign or otherwise part with the possession of
the Schedule Premises to or in favour of anyone else;

In the event of the LESSEEs decides to vacate the schedule premises during the
lease period, in the event the LESSEE shall issue One month advance notice to
the Lessor.

This Rental Agreement is executed in duplicate. The original shall be with the
Lessor and the Carbon copy shall be with the LESSEEs ·
