NARRATIVE REPORT
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
The JHS Faculty conducted an Emergency Meeting September 12, 2018 in the
afternoon. The meeting started at 4:30 P.M. at FFJ Building, room 206.
The meeting was leaded by Mr. Rodel C. Calunod a Grade 10 adviser.
The agenda of the meeting were follows:
1. Lesson Plan
- Submission of lesson plan were delayed.
2. Flag Ceremony
- Teacher’s attendance is a must.
- At exactly 7:20 A.M Flag Ceremony will start at once.
3. Form 1&2
- Forms were returned due to lack of informations which must be
indicated.
4. Late and Incomplete Uniforms Monitoring
- ID’s of Students who are late will be collected.
- There are offenses in every late:
1st Offense – Oral Warning
2nd Offense – Written Warning with Parent
3rd Offense- Suspension
- Lost ID’s will not be given unless they have an affidavit of loss with
Notarize by a Lawyer.
- Complete uniform must be strictly observe.
6. Break Time
- Schedule of recess must be followed and snacks are not allowed
inside the classroom.
7. Confiscation Slip
- It is available at coordinator’s office.
8. Clinic
- Sick students will be send directly at Main Building’s clinic.
9. PE Uniforms
- Students with NO PE Uniforms are not allowed to perform any activity
in their MAPEH Subject
10. Clean And Green
- The Student Activity Coordinator will conduct a “Classroom
Management and Beautification Contest” and it will start on
September 29, 2018. The registration of the said activity will worth of
P100.00 per Grade.
