You are not pregnant and you don’t actually gain weight. A lot of these people
suffered from the feeling of being bloated even after they eat. So, what is happening?
These are the habits that you have to avoid after consuming any meals:
Solution: Consume a lot of water either an hour before or after your meals. Just take a
small sip on a glass of water during your meal.

If you are about to go to bed just right after eating a meal, you will be experiencing discomfort, bloating
and other sleeping patterns which can cause your stomach to burn during the night.
The University of Loannina Medical School has conducted a research study which proved that people
who waited for a longer period of time before going to bed
after a meal are those who have less risk of experiencing a stroke. Therefore, you have to make sure not
to eat at least a few hours before going to bed.
The bottom line is that sleeping after eating causes digestive problems because you’re not in an upright
position which is the preferred way for your body to digest food.
