Note: Accomplish each table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bear in mind the given P1200
total budget for three (3) meals and good for twenty (20) people per meal.

BREAKFAST: Creamy Macaroni with Egg

4. Carrots (julienne) ¼ kilo 15
5. Celery (chopped) 2 stalks 10
6. Garlic (minced) 1 clove 7

8. Margarine 125g 10
9. Evaporated Milk 1can 43
10. Egg (boiled) 10 pcs 60
11. Cooking oil 3tbsp 5
12. Salt 2tbsp 1
13. Pepper 1tbsp 5
14. MSG 1tsp 3

Preparation Instructions
1. Boil 3 cups of water in a pot. Add the chicken breast and cook it for 15
minutes. Separate chicken from broth and shred the chicken breast and
broth.
2. Heat oil in a large soup pot. Sautee garlic and onion until it turns medium
brown. Add shredded chicken breast. Stir for 1 minute.
3. Put the elbow macaroni and stir again for 1 minute.
4. Pour the chicken broth and add water if needed. Stir and cover for 10
minutes.
5. Add the cabbage, carrots and celery. Cover for 2minutes.
6. Add salt, msg, and pepper to taste. Pour evaporated milk.
7. Serve with boiled egg.
