1.3.1 BCTC
The backplane of Control Shelf is BCTC, which includes OMP, CMP, CLKG, UIMC, SBCX,
CHUB boards etc. The Control Shelf locates in the second Service Shelf of the first rack and
takes charge of control-plane signaling processing, O&M processing and clock
synchronization etc. The Control Shelf make up of the system distributed processing
platform

1.3.2 BUSN
The backplane of Resource Shelf is BUSN, which includes DTB, SPB, SDTB, GUP, UPPB,
UIMU_C boards. The Resource Shelf is general Service Shelf, which can make up of
various general service processing sub-system: Abis interface unit, A interface unit, PCU
unit (namely, GIU unit) and TC unit etc. Two Resource Shelfs make up of one basic
configuration unit, RCBU

1.3.3 BPSN
Switch Shelf provides packet switch platform, and support several Resource Shelf user-
plane expansion. Switch Shelf mainly includes BPSN, which is the backplane of Switch Shelf,
GLI, PSN and UIMC boards etc.

1.4.3 BGSN
The backplane of Enhanced Resource shelf is BGSN, The functions are system access and
user plane processing. They consist of DTB, SPB2, GIPI, EIPI, SDTB, SDTB2, GUP2,
GUIM.

For ZXG10 iBSC Enhanced Module, the main boards are as follows:
2 CONFIGURATION EXPLANATION
Note: since the connection between SPB2 and GUP2 adopts half-fixed connection, i.e. A
interface unit and TC processing unit fixed corresponding. So in actually boards layout, the
corresponding SPB2 and GUP2 should put into the same layer.
