Traffic Profile : Online User Number

 D/F online user

 The online user is in DCH (HS-DSCH included) or FACH status. The number of D/F
online user will be used as a limitation of process board dimensioning.
 D/F online user number = PS_Thrupt/ Average_data_rate
 Average data rate calculation only considers DCH and FACH online users, and D/F
online user number is noted as N_DF in this document formula.
 P/D/F online user
 The online user is in DCH (HS-DSCH included) or FACH, or PCH status. The
number of P/D/F online user will be used as a limitation of process board
dimensioning.
 P/D/F online user number is noted as N_PDF in this document formula.
 N_PDF = N_DF (PCH not activated)
 N_PDF = N_DF * 2.5 (PCH activated)
 ZTE recommends N_PDF equals to N_PDF times 2.5 if PCH activated based on live
network statistics.
