lokaabhi raamam shriiraamam bhuuyo bhuuyo namaamyaham.h ..

" I bow again and again to Sree Rama who removes (all) obstacles and grants all
wealth and pleases all. "

Aarthaanaam aarthi hanthaaram bheethaanam bheethi naashanam

Dwishadaam kaladandam tam, Raamachandram namaamyaham

He who annihilates the pain of the distressed, He who destroys fear in the minds
of the fearful, He who is like the Weapon of Death to his enemies, that
Raamachandra do I worship.

Namah kodanda hasthaaya , sandhih kritha-saraaya cha

dandithaakhila daityaaya, raama-aapan-nivarane

I bow down to the bow-wielding Raama, armed with incisive arrows, the subduer of
all asuras, he who wards off all my difficulties

Raamaya raamabhadraaya raamachandraya vedhase

raghunaathaya naathaya seethaayah pathaye namah

I bow down to him whom I know as Raama, Raamabhadra, Raamachandra, Raghunaatha,

Naatha (my overlord) and husband of Seetha.

Agrathah prishtatha chaiva, paarshwa-thascha mahabaloh

aakarna poorna dhanvaanoh, rakshaithaam raama-lakshmanau

Those two warriors of supreme strength, Raama and Lakshmana stand with me, before
and behind, always close by, armed to the ears with weapons like bow etc, they
always protect me.

Sannaddhah kavachih khadgi , chaapa-baana-dharor yuvah

gacchan mamaagratho nithyam, raamah paathu sa-lakshmanah

Ever ready for providing protection, wearing armour, wielding the sword, bow and
arrows, those two vibrant youth always walk with me. O Raama and Lakshmana,
protect me!

Achyutha ananda govinda, naamo-chaarana bheshajaath

nashhyanthi sakalaa rogaah ,sathyam sathyam vadaamyaham

Chanting the divine healing names achyutha, Anantha and Govinda, all diseases will
be destroyed, this I proclaim as the Truth, the Truth indeed.

Sathyam sathyam punah sathyam, utkshipya bhujam uchyathe

vedaah saastram param naasthi, na devam keshavaat param

This is Truth, this is only the Truth, holding both hands aloft I repeat this
Truth Aloud, aside from the Vedas, there is no other scripture, There is no other
God, apart from Keshava

Sareerey jarjaree bhoothe, vyaadhi graste kalevare

aushadham jahnnavee thoyam, vaidyo Naarayano Harih
When all vital life forces leave the body, when the whole being is seized by
incurable diseases, what medicine is there, than river Ganga, who else but God
Naarayana, Hari, would come to me
as physician

Aalodya sarva shaastraani, vichaarya-cha punah punah

idham-ekam sunish pannam, dhyeyo Naarayano Harih

After pondering over all scriptures, and after contemplating over them again and
again, only one thing strikes absolutely clear, that God Naarayana, Hari is to be
contemplated always
