1. Incase of cancellation/Prepone/postpone of Journey Ticket , 300/- 'E-SPL Entry Darshan' ticket amount will not be refunded and will not be allowed for
TTD Darshan
2. Please report before 2 hours to the given Slot time at Vaikuntam Q Complex, Tirumala.
3. At the time of entry the pilgrim shall produce any one of the following ID proofs in Original
Aadhaar card/Driving licence/pan card /Passport/Ration card/Voter ID. If not produced Dharsan will not be allowed.
4. The pilgrim shall wear Traditional Dress only.
Male: Dhoti, shirt/Kurtha, Pyjama.
Female: Saree/Half Saree/Chudidar with Dupatta.
5. All pilgrims in Group ticket have to report together.
6. The pilgrims should not carry any luggage/cell phones/elecetronic gadgets while reporting,They should not wear chappals/shoes.
7. TTD reserves the right of cancellation of the Darshan under any Special circumstances.

During bus journey, one of the passenger on an e-ticket appears should carry the original identity card such as: Driving License, Election Card,
Ration Card, Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt./Private Organisations, AdharCard, Pan Card, Passport, Credit Card with Photo identification,
Student ID issued by any Institute, Pass Book with Photo issued by any Nationalised Bank ,CAT CARD issued by APSRTC.
Important:
1. The seat(s) booked under this ticket is/are not transferable.
2. This e-ticket is valid only for the seat number and bus service specified herein.
3. This e-ticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with an original photo ID Card of the passenger whose name appears
above.
4. Please keep the ticket safely till the end of the journey.
5. Please show the ticket at the time of checking.
6. Corporation reserves the rights to change/cancel the service category.
7. BOOKING/CANCELLATION of tickets can be done before 1 hour of the scheduled start time at origin of the service only.
8. Partial cancellation is allowed in round-trip tickets provided the same number and type (Adult/child) are cancelled in both UP & DOWN Journeys.

13. If service is cancelled by APSRTC for any reason, tickets are cancelled automatically and refund amount will be credited to the customer account.
