Pancasila sebagaimana telah kita ketahui

terdiri dari lima sila.

Sila Pertama : Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Sila ini ada dalam Al
Quran surat Al Ikhlas ayat 1. Terjemahannya yaitu "Katakanlah,
dialah Alloh, Yang Maha Esa. Dalam Islam, ibadah dan hukum yang
dibawa tiap-tiap nabi yang diutus berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi pada
saat itu. Namun ada yang tidak berubah yaitu semua nabi mengajarkan
Tauhid yaitu mengesakan Tuhan.

Sila Kedua : Kemanusiaan Yang Adil Dan Beradab. Sila ini ada dalam
Al Quran surat An Nisa 135. Terjemahannya yaitu : “Wahai orang-
orang yang beriman. Jadilah kamu penegak keadilan, menjadi saksi
karena Allah walaupun terhadap dirimu sendiri atau terhadap ibu
bapak dan kaum kerabatmu. Jika dia (yang terdakwa) kaya ataupun
miskin, maka Allah lebih tahu kemaslahatan (kebaikannya). Maka
janganlah kamu mengikuti hawa nafsu karena ingin menyimpang dari
kebenaran. Dan jika kamu memutar balikkan (kata-kata) atau enggan
menjadi saksi, maka ketahuilah Allah Mahateliti terhadap segala apa
yang kamu kerjakan.

Sila Ketiga : Persatuan Indonesia. Sila ini juga ada dalam Al Quran
surat Al Hujurat ayat 13. Terjemahannya yaitu : “Hai manusia,
Sesungguhnya Kami menciptakan kamu dari seorang laki-laki dan
seorang perempuan dan menjadikan kamu berbangsa - bangsa dan
bersuku-suku supaya kamu saling kenal-mengenal. Sesungguhnya
orang yang paling mulia diantara kamu disisi Allah ialah orang yang
paling taqwa diantara kamu. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha mengetahui
lagi Maha Mengenal.” Ayat ini sangat cocok mengingat Indonesia
terdiri dari beragam suku.

Sila Keempat : Kerakyatan Yang Dipimpin Oleh Hikmat

Kebijaksanaan Dalam Permusyawaratan/Perwakilan. Sila ini juga ada
dalam Al Quran surat As Syuro 38. Terjemahannya yaitu : "Dan (bagi)
orang-orang yang menerima (mematuhi) seruan Rabb-nya, dan
mendirikan shalat, sedang urusan mereka (diputuskan) dengan
musyawarat antara mereka; dan mereka menafkahkan sebagian dari
rejeki, yang Kami berikan kepada mereka."

Sila Kelima : Keadilan Sosial Bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia. Sila ini
juga ada dalam Al Quran surat An Nahl ayat 90. Terjemahannya yaitu
: "Sesungguhnya Allah menyuruh (manusia) berlaku adil dan berbuat
kebaikan, memberi (sedekah) kepada kaum kerabat, dan Allah
melarang dari perbuatan keji, kemungkaran dan permusuhan. Dia
memberi pengajaran kepadamu (manusia), agar kamu dapat
mengambil pelajaran."

Dengan demikian Pancasila tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam

dan mengamalkan Pancasila sama dengan mengamalkan sebagian dari
syariat Islam. Sila pada Pancasila tersebut bersifat universal dan bisa
diamalkan oleh penganut agama dan kepercayaan lain. Pengamalan
Pancasila secara murni dan konsekuen dapat menjadi solusi
permasalahan bangsa Indonesia. Sila Kedua secara teori solusi
permasalahan kepastian hukum. Sila Ketiga secara teori solusi
disintegrasi bangsa dan ego sektoral. Sila Keempat secara teori solusi
dari masalah pemilu,pilkada, dan keriuhan negatif pendukung calon
pimpinan baik presiden, gubernur, bupati/walikota, kepala desa. Sila
Kelima secara teori adalah solusi dari kesenjangan kesejahteraan
ekonomi.
 Pancasila

1. Sila pertama berlambang BINTANG – Believe in the one supreme God –

Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa.
2. Sila kedua berlambang RANTAI BAJA – Justice and civilized humanity –
Kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab.
3. Sila ketiga berlambang POHON BERINGIN – The unity of Indonesia –
Persatuan Indonesia.
4. Sila keempat berlambang KEPALA BANTENG – The democracy led by
understanding wisdom among honorable representatives, from the parliament
house – Kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam
permusyawaratan perwakilan.
5. Sila kelima berlambang PADI DAN KAPAS – Social justice for all of the
people of Indonesia – Keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.

First Prayer: Belief in the One Supreme. This is in the Qur'an Al-Ikhlas verse 1. The
translation is "Say, it is Alloh, the Almighty God." In Islam, the worship and the law

The Second Practice: Just and Civilized Humanity. This precept is in the Qur'an of
An Nisa 135. The translation is: "O those who believe. Be you just law enforcers, be
witnesses for God even to yourself or to your father and relatives. If he (the
defendant) is rich or poor, then Allah knows better kemaslahatan (goodness). So do
not follow the lust for wanting to stray from the truth. And if you turn back (words)
or are reluctant to be a witness, then know God Almighty for all that you do.

Sila Third: Indonesian Unity. This precepts also exist in Al-Quran Al-Hujurat verse
13. The translation is: "O mankind, We created you from a man and a woman and
made you nation-and tribe-nations so that you may know one another. Verily the
most honorable among you by Allah is the most pious among you. Allah is the
Knower, the Knower. "This verse is very suitable considering Indonesia consists of
various tribes.

Fourth Precept: Democracy Leaded By Wisdom of Wisdom In Deliberation /

Representation. This precepts also exist in Al-Qur'an Surah As Syuro 38. The
translation is: "And those who receive the Rabb's appeal, and establish the prayer,
their affairs (decided) by consensus between them, and they spend some of the
fortune, which We gave them. "

Sila Fifth: Social Justice For All Indonesians. This precepts also exist in Quranic
letter An Nahl verse 90. The translation is: "Verily Allah commands (just) to do
justice and do good, give (alms) to the kinsmen, and Allah forbid from the
abominable acts, munkar and enmity. teaching you (human), so that you can take
lessons.
