KYKO DYNAMIC PERSONALITY

Introduction:

Contemporary personality assessment tests are useful for predicting

simple people's personalities whose behavior patterns are constant and
persistent in various situations and from time to time. They will
experience problems in reading complex humans whose behavior
patterns vary or fluctuate with different people, situations and times.
KYKO Dynamic Personality was established to overcome this pitfall.
KYKO integrates normal personality factors, personality disorders, and
dynamic personalities to develop human difference diagnostic tools for
more accurate personality assessments of complex people.

KYKO dynamic personality is founded on the following premises.

Premise 1: Humans lies in the continuum of simple and cokplex. Simple

people's behavior patterns are easily determined. They use their
feelings more than their thoughts in their social interactions. "If you are
good to me, I will be kind to you. If you are evil to me, I will be evil to
you." Their behavior can be predicted because they are persistent and
consistent in various situations and from time to time. It seems that
their behavior can be explained using theory Stimulus response.

Complex people are more difficult to determine. They use their

thoughts more than they feel. . They create gaps with their intelligence
between stimulus and response (Stimulus-Gap-Response) to produce
alternatives and have choices or free will to choose their alternatives in
response to the stimulus. As a result, their personalities are more
difficult to predict.

Premise 2: Human behavior is a function of genes inherited from

ancestral family trees. Some may inherit adaptive genes while others
may inherit static genes. Those who inherit adaptive genes are flexible
and adaptable and can change their behavior to suit the situation for
their survival and growth. Those who inherit static genes are fixed and
consistent and will gradually become extinct through natural selection
from the evolutionary process.

Premise 3: Human behavior is a function of the environment. Generally

a favorable environment is fertile land for someone to internalize
positive and functional traits while the toxic environment internalizes
negative and dysfunctional traits. In addition, a favorable environment
facilitates a person to actualize themselves or change for the better,
while an unfavorable environment tends to change a person for the
worse.

Premise 4: Behavior can be learned. Behavior learned can unlearned or

defreeze using appropriate interventions and therapies. The
characteristics of genetic behavior are persistent and more difficult to
defreeze.

Premise 5 - People suffering from personality or mental disorders lies in

the continuum of neurotic and psychotic. They behave in odd, weird
and strange behaviors. KYKO personality Disorder is another set of
assessment tests that can be incorporated with KYKO Dynamic
