FOUNDED ON;
Precast India Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is a Pioneering joint initiative between one of Pune’s
most reputed civil contractors, Bhate Raje Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.
It was founded in 2010 with a mammoth production facility in Wade Bolhai, on the outskirts
of Pune.

PARENT COMPANY;
Bhate and Raje Construction Company Private Limited was founded in 1990 out of a
partnership between 2 young Civil Engineers Mr. Ajit Bhate and Mr. Jaideep Raje. Their
entrepreneurial skills and ambitions have resulted in BRCCPL growing to the scale at which it is
today.
BRCCPL is a Construction Contracting company executing high volume Commercial,
Industrial, Residential and Institutional projects with speed and quality, and is well known for
mechanised construction practices. This forward looking company has always been one step
ahead to adopt latest construction technology. This includes state of the art machinery like
batching plants, concrete pumps, and high capacity and long reach tower cranes. BRCCPL has
also pioneered in advanced formwork technology.

slabs, Double T slabs, Precast slabs, Precast footings, Precast wall panels, v beams, shell
roofs, trail elements and mockup, electrical trenches, plinth beams etc.,

PRODUCTION FACILITY;
Precast India started their production facility in 2011,at Wade Bolhai, near Wagholi. The
state of the art facility spread over 63 Acres is probably India’s biggest precasting factory. The
factory is equipped with modern equipments matching industry standards worldwide. The
founders vision of developing precast construction technology in India was kick started by the
construction of our own factory!The mammoth factory shed of 1,44,000 Sq.ft with 25m span
rafters was entirely pre-casted at the site itself. It was erected in place in 11 months.
