Offender Where Manner/Means
Any Person: High Seas or Phil. Waters Attack or seize vessel;
-Not being member of complement; Seize part/whole cargo; equipment,
-Not passenger personal belongings of crew or
passengers
Same - Art. 122 Same - Art. 122 Piracy or Mutiny:
a) Seized vessel by boarding or firing
upon it; b) Abandoned their victims
w/out means to save themselves; c)
Accompanied by murder, homicide,
physical injuries or rape
-Any person including complement & Philippine waters “other crimes as a result or on
passenger; occasion thereof”
- Accomplice: 1) provides info of
movement of law officers; 2) receives
property or derives benefit therefrom;
3) aids and abets
“A person . . .” PD 532 Offense under PD 532: “thereby
sowing and creating a condition of
widespread and extraordinary fear and
panic among the populace, inorder to
coerce the government to give in to an
unlawful demand . . .”
