CASE 1 – MANIPULATIVE ABILITY TEST
Justificativas:
Investment in the person that has potential;
Reduce the curve of training and the investment in training;
CASE 1 – RESULTS
• Systematic Operational:
– The 20 students from group 2 were trained for approximately 50
hours in the virtual reality simulatorl.
– The potential tests results from group 2 were compared with the
results from group 1 that did not receive training on the simulator.

CASE 3 – OPERATOR TRAINING
Title: Training of new users with the use of simulador of virtual reality.
Systematic Operational:
The results of the medium productivity hour were compared with the
of 4 operators that did not receive the training in the simulador.
ECONOMIC RESULT
Group 1 – 4 users that did not receive the training with the simulador
Group 2 – 4 users that received the training with the simulador
(T1) – Time for the Group 1 produce 55 effective ton/h = 630 hours
(T2) – Time for the Group 2 produce 55 effective ton/h = 360 hours
Systematic Operational:
They were selected 3 operadoes (A-B-C) with experience in the operation of
harvester.
