Evening, Bu Hasti
Here I try to aswer your Questions. Please correct me..

1. Objective instruction is a detailed explanation of what students will be able to do when they have finished studying
a unit in a subject. Can be referred to as behavioural goals or instructional goals. in objective instructional describes
a goal as a sentence / or picture chart and diagram to tell other people to know what the teacher wants to be
achieved by his students. The purpose of describing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes that will be possessed by
students.
2. Three important aspects in objective learning are, must be used to communicate results that are realistic,
measurable, and student-centered.
3. Among the five steps of the (SA) Scientific Approach, I have not been able to apply optimally in the second step :
Questioning, the fifth step : communicating.
 The cause of the difficulties in the "asking" and "communicating" stages is, when students have less self-confidence,
poor vocabulary, pronunciation of words in English that are far from good, and environments that never use English
so English is very strange for them even those who use English are often bullied.
 Asking students to read the results of their work in front of the class is the same student who is willing to do it and
very few in numbers. Only 2 students from 35 students in 1 class willing to.
Or it is most impossible asking other groups in one class to provide additional input for the work of another group,
explain the results of the discussion, and many students who missed the opportunity to demonstrate skills, to be
actively involved in class activities by integrating their skills, attitude, and knowledge.
 Teacher ( I ) need to improve their ( my ) ability to apply questioning and communicating stages, and can increase
the quality of activities that can improve students' ability to read and write.
4. The most suitable Teaching model for most of my students according to their characters is teaching model Problem
Based Life is synonymous with facing problems. This learning model trains and develops the ability to solve
problems Learning (PBL, Problem Based Learning) that are oriented to authentic problems from the actual life of
students, to stimulate higher-order thinking skills. Conditions that must be maintained are conducive, open,
negotiating, democratic, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere so that students can think optimally. Indicators of
this learning model are metacognitive, elaboration (analysis), interpretation, induction, identification, investigation,
exploration, conjecture, synthesis, generalization, and inquiry. And some of my other students are more in line with
the Simulation Model.
 The two learning models are appropriate because my students have a striking difference in social status, economic
level; there are those who are very capable (wealthy) and a lot of them who have to look for free school
scholarships (very poor). As well as various family problems due to the most of them from less educated families,
and the results of broken home families of migrant workers parents.
 They have very different levels of interest in school learning. The background makes them do not want to be
regulated, do not like something monotonous, do not like the serious atmosphere and closed expression, relating to
the culture and habit.
 It is also because their learning styles are mostly kinaesthetic even though there are still a few auditory or visual
ones. So that the simulation model and problem based learning are suitable for them.

That’s all, Thank you

subject (teacher and student) , interaction process in the classroom and the
environment / place to learn.
