Timetable Amount Terms of Payment

1st payment Php9500.00 Payment will be made once student passes the Program Assessment.
*Application fee/processing fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

2nd payment US$1500 Payment will be made once the student was hired

3rd payment US$2,595 Payment will be made once the student is scheduled for visa interview.
Based on market amount on time of
4th Payment booking. It may range from $1700 Payment shall be made once departure schedule is confirmed.

Exclusion: Visa Fee of $160 or its equivalent paid to the U.S. Embassy; CFO Fee of Php400 paid to the CFO
office, Travel Tax and Pocket money based on the required amount.

Withdraw from the program after getting an offer letter/Congratulatory $350
Withdraw from the program after issuance of DS 7002/Training Plan $550 to $700
Withdraw from the program after the DS-2019 has been issued No refund
Withdraw from the program after J1 Visa has been released/approved No refund
Visa Denial $600 to $700 plus SEVIS Fee and Application
fee
