General Company Description

Company History

ARCC Limited Partnership was registered on March 20, 2019 and established on ___. It

is pioneered by Jose Andress Ranas, Mary Grace Cornerlio, Rose Ann Aguilar, and Shaira Kurt

Calinawan. The business is located at __. The purpose of establishing the business is to improve

the physical and mental health of Person with Disability. To inspire and motivate them that they

can what normal person can do. The partners contributed Two million and five hundred thousand

pesos each they accumulate total of Ten million pesos.

The four partners’ are childhood best friend. Since then, they dreamed of having a

business in the future. When they grow up they became fond of going to fitness center every

weekend they have this so called “body goals”. Ms. Calinawan suggested building a business

based on their hobbies and they come up with the idea of building a Fitness Center, all of them

agreed. Then, Mr. Ranas share his idea, why not make it a Fitness Center for Person with

Disability because he has a younger brother with disability. His brother also wants to go to gym

but he is afraid and ashamed of what other people will say or he will be critize.

Mr. Ranas is a production supervisor at TAC Corporation and also his a professional gym

instructor, Ms. Calinawan worked at Danam Corporation for five years as financial manager, Ms.

Cornelio and Ms. Aguilar where colleagues before in GIP Corporation for 6 years as marketing

manager and Human Resource Manager. They are all graduated of Bachelor of Science in

Business Management Major in Marketing Management at Cavite State University.

With the skills and experience in business industry they pursue their dream of building a

business. They believed that it will became successful.

provide unique, quality, make the person with disability happier, and empower people to

improve their own physical and mental well-being and increase the likelihood of a Person with

Disability to continue their exercise.

The industry of fitness center as a business is high because of demand for fitness-related

business. With the use of contract and membership your fitness business can turn into a passive

income generating business. Building a long term relationship, service offered, noticeable

location, promotional strategies will definitely make a profitable business. And the business

believes to succeed.

P.W.D Gym envisions it will be a leading fitness center in the City of Rosario known for

its goods service and advocacy or promote, protect, defend and motivate people with disability.

To be the voice for the equality and rights of people with disability.

provides proper fitness activity to improve their health, wellness and self-confidence.

P.W.D Gym dedicated to create a community that focuses on their health and wellness

that helps people with disabilities to boost their self-confidence and endurance while also

building social relationships with other people.

Statement of Objectives

Long term Objectives

1. To improve the services offered at the end of 3rd year of operation through researches and

development of the service.

2. To increase membership by 10% through providing high quality instruction and training

facilities at the end of 2nd year operation.

3. To build a culture of non-judgment by having an advocacy among person with disability

Short term Objectives

1. Acquire 100 memberships through building positive relationship by the end of first year.

2. To ensure the safety of person with disability by having monthly maintenance for the

equipment.
