SELECTION NOTIFICATION FOREST AGENCY DISTRICT AREA
(ADILABAD & MAHABUBNAGAR)

In continuation to the result notification dated 12/12/2018 It is hereby notified that

on the basis of the results of the written examination held on 22/10/2017 FN & AN,
Physical Test Events held from 1st Spell from 05/05/2018 to 11/05/2018 and 2nd Spell
from 05/11/2018 to 06/11/2018 Certificate Verification held on Date: 26/06/2018,
27/06/2018 & 29/11/2018 at Potti Sri Ramulu University and TSPSC Office, Hyderabad,
to the post of FOREST SECTION OFFICER IN FOREST DEPARTMENT, the following
Hall ticket numbers have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of
FOREST SECTION OFFICER IN FOREST DEPARTMENT vide Commission’s
Notification No.47/2017, Dated: 15/08/2017. The selections are published here with
subject to the following conditions.
1) That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the
appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as the case may be
considered necessary, that the candidate having regard to her/his character
and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
2) That the candidate is found physically fit for the post.
3) That the candidate should produce such original certificates as required in
accordance with the rules/notification.
4) In compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.31426 of
2018 and W.P.No.31423 of 2018, the selection of ST Candidates those who
submitted Agency Area Certificate, is subject to receipt of final report of the
appointing authority in terms of G.O.Ms.No.24,TW(LTR), Dated:12/06/2018.

The candidates with following hall ticket numbers who are provisionally selected
for the post of FSO Notification No.47/2017 under Agency Area with subject to outcome
of genuinety of the ST Agency Area Certificates in term of G.O.Ms.No.24,TW(LTR),
Dated:12/06/2018. Hence based on the certificates produced by the below candidates
are verified by the concerned District Collector and based on the report received from the
District Collector the Certificates of the candidates i.e., ST Agency Area are found
genuine after due verification in terms of G.O.Ms.No.24,TW(LTR), dated: 12/06/2018

If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false
information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of
any candidate, then her/his provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and
they will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides that, the
Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of
the case, in terms of the provisions as notified in TSPSC Rules of Procedure published
in Telangana State Gazette No. 60., Dated: 28/12/2015.

With this Notification of selection, the General Recruitment process notified vide
Notification No: 47/2017 for the post of Forest Section Officer has been finally concluded.
