TO: Door E Tenant

We regret to inform you that due to several electrical and physical damages in your unit there is
a need to renovate for at least one (1) month without occupancy.

We cannot allow occupancy as it would be very dangerous already. Proper management entails
us to put your safety first and as such it is unfortunate that this letter shall serve as termination
of your rent contract.

We are hereby giving you until 15 February 2019 to fully vacate the premises as we believe it is
enough time for you to find another apartment. Note that originally, your security deposit will
not be used for rent but in good faith, we shall allow you to use half (Php 7,500) for the first two
weeks of February as rent. Hence, no need to pay for the month of February. The remaining
balance will be used for any other bills/utilities that shall accrue for the month of February this
shall include damages to the premises (if any). If the remaining Php 7,500.00 has excess we shall
return the same to you.
