 Background
• Super Indo has over than 8.000 of employees and 168 stores
spread across Java and Southern Sumatera.

• Communication between company and all associates, and bridging

communication between associates to associates has become
challenges.

• Therefore, sufficient and effective media to communicate is needed.

• The current intranet has limited ability for internal communication in

the company.
 Objective
• Improve associates engagement towards the company with
interactive media communication

• Better Collaboration tools to adding more value and efficiencies at

the teamwork and actualize a better place to work

• Facilitate internal communication at corporate level to all associates

in CSO, DC, and Store level with no time

• Improved document management at corporate level

• Digital agility, that pursue the unique needs of each associate and
gain more efficient employees
