There are moments in life that totally change the path of a human. In the planet’s life there are

also key moments that greatly change the planet’s life. The World Forum of Spiritual

Culture in Astana has become this very event. For the first time the entire Government of the
country was penetrated with an idea of the unity of all peoples of the earth and created

conditions for representatives of 17 countries to learn to live as one family. The authorities of

Kazakhstan government accepted the public, spiritual, religious, nongovernmental movements.

In the depths of a Eurasian continent planetary spiritual movements were together as one. It

was and is a geniuses path of the president N. Nazarbaev, as he is a man who knows his great

path. And it is a great path of the people who organized this event.

It was Alexander Trofimov who told me in summer about the coming forum. But at

usual in summer we had an Altai expedition, and then in August I was invited to Switzerland

to get a peace award for the Earth is Our Common project. I also visited the Vissarion’s

community at the south of Krasnoyarsk region to see and felt with my own heart and to connect

our movements and hearts into one. So, I wrote to Tuligen Muhametzhanov in September and

immediately got an Invitation, feeling that it would be a fate creating event for the entire world..

so, here we are in the bus bringing us all night long to our still invisible friends in Astana.

While on the road I recollected how I happened to be in Bayan-Aul Montains in 1996 in the

three interconnected expeditions (Arkaim-Bayan-Aul-Altai) that were a living union of Heaven

and Earth and that included me into my new path of a wanderer for creating another world on

the Earth – a human one. So, we go there, 14 years later and I feel a new wave… Alexander,

whom I met in Brazil at the second planetary congress on biosphere rights, puts questions

about our unusual free path together with Talgat Akbashev, the path that as if included a

thousand of years! At the customs I think about the borders – outer borders reflect our inner

borders. To melt the inner borders in the hearts of people – this is our common task! And of all

the resources that are now used for the borders services could be spent for a real human

education, the world could be transformed!

In the morning we were met by our new friends Kuanish, Danyar, Bayzhan, and also a

beautifully laid table in the “Bayan-Aul” club were waiting for us. It was very symbolically –

Bayan-Aul… I felt how in the invisible worlds the Unity of all peoples was created at the Sacred

circle under the starry sky of Bayan-Aul. I recollected how when people from different nations
and religions were all praying together using their own prayers… there a heavenly fire was

coming from the sky! My heart had a presentiment of a great event in Astana..

Pavlodar met us with a tender Dawn, when a might meets a day and a miracle of a new

day is being born happens. In five hours (spent on the road by car) we were in Astana. From

the very first moments I felt the similarity of Astana – a new city for the world, with a new city

in Brazil, also a new capital built as a new place for the world. Even the architecture was

similar – round houses, a pyramid, much light and space. I sensed that all was prepared

beforehand and was happening synchronically.

Wonderful meeting started happening immediately, when we arrived at our hotels. I

quickly realized why there was as if “mistake” as there were no my name on the

“Duman” hotel, though I was told to go there. Many people from all over the world

lived there and I was meant to be there – Amrit from Slovenia, Polly from Great Britain,

Ammar Bani, and many people with whom we felt resonance I met a “Peace

through Culture” team to whom I passed Rene Wadlow’s texts. At the day of our

arrival there was the first concert prepared for the participants of the forum. Arts is

really the language of hearts.

At the 18 of October 70 countries – different layers of the society, spiritual and

cultural movements, NGO and Kazakhstan government were celebrating the meeting in

the Eurasian continent. I immediately felt Tuligen Muhametzhznov to be a seed of the

heart and soul of this forum, that was growing because of the growing resonance of the

hearts of the people of the world. I felt the entire audience as one human family! I
realized that in case all the governments of the world could be transformed and create

conditions for awakening Human qualities in every human and use all the recourses for

a real education for life, the world could be transformed rather quickly, and wars,

conflicts will fade as they are signs of ignorance and BEFORE human step of the

development.

Joseph Kobzon, a famous Russian singer and a member of the org committee,

was on the stage to make a speech on behalf of the organizing committee of the forum

devoted to the necessity to have a spiritual and moral foundation for all life and that is

spiritual culture. I was really happy to hear and write some phrases: “An old world is

passing away and there is a new reality coming… There is a planetary wave … a new

generation of people is born for the sake of transformation of the world… healing the

planet with culture… there is a great change of paradigms… there is a new

international order based on wealth and creation. We need to make an evolutionary

jump… in the transition time only spiritual culture is able to create conditions for a

conscious transition into a qualitative state. We should create an international culture…

The world needs new approaches… We enter an age of spiritual education… We

declare a new vector of civilization development… It is time to become conscious…”

I felt that it was extremely difficult for him to pronounce these phrases and thought

about an old time and new energies coming when are aware of the happening through

us! “It is time to become conscious… It is time to become conscious… It is time to

become conscious…” He went on pronouncing this phrase and I felt that his body was

not ready to bare the energies of the essence that he has been pronouncing. He could

not speak any more and fainted. People rushed to him and had to place him directly on

the chairs of the presidium table. They called for doctors and a brake was announced. I

thought about a healer and turned over and again saw a Nepal delegation right at my

back ( we happened to be together rather often). Their master Sansei Tarasawa said

with great inspiration: “This man has fulfilled his task”. But soon Joseph was ready to

go on with the speech and even started joking. And it was really his heroic behavior,

the doctors arrived and he had to leave the forum accompanied by two doctors…

The forum went on and representatives from different countries, spiritual

movements and religions spoke about God, love to a neighbor and the world. And only

one small barrier still existed as I felt it as everybody spoke about His religion and His

spiritual master and I felt with all my heart that it is time for our humanity to become

one without any borders and be tuned to One parent that it our common Father. In any

case the fact that it was all happening inside a government system was a sign of a new

time entering even the old systems… Was it really so? There was an announcement

that Nursultan Nazarbaev’s wife takes part in the forum and again there was a strange

“mistake”. As there was the only woman in the presidium I thought that it was she,

Sara Nazarbaeva. In the brake I came up to her and we had a short but full of

understanding meeting – and I passed the only letter to the president of Kazahstan

about the Peace Ship to … as it was clear very soon – to Masani from Japan, and not to

Sara..… I happened to know later that Masani was a representative of the emperor’s

family. We both felt the connectedness in our hearts and our visions.

All the speeches were devoted to the role of spiritual culture in the transition of

the Earth. In my thoughts a again and again traveled to the Vissarion’s community,
when they totally learn to put the spiritual theory with real practice in a simple life on

Earth.

I again found synchronicities in the changes – in 1997 Astana started to be

constructed preparing it to become a place of this cosmic international meeting. We also

started our international wanderings for awakening the world as one and creating our

planetary team of the transition in 1997. Some radiant thought that I had written: “Our

world is fragile and depends on the people’s behavior”. ( Alu Alhanov). My new friend

from Japan Masani speaks about the necessity to awaken unlimited human potential

and inner wisdom that is to have courage (laterally my thoughts – that’s why we

resonated to each other). She went on: “Our words create vibrations and we create

energetic fields. Thoughts are great power!”

There are many good words – “truth, kindness, beauty, love” and I think about

the practical way of living this way… Words are important and we are now to learn to

live this very way. I feel the atmosphere of the vent and recollect collective waves of

activity and feel with the cells of my skin the interconnectedness of it and the

happening here. There is a new quality born here. All parts of the world sound in

unison expressing one and the same with different words - it is time to reconnect with

our highest essence and the entire Universe. I think about delicate things of my now

more deep understanding of the essence of our connection with Heaven due to my

deep studying of the Vissarion’s Word – that there is a United Creator of all material

worlds and there is the second source – the Father of our eternal souls. I wrote several

thoughts – Yuri Ageshin expressed the aspiration of the org committee of the forum to

create a new movement, the essence of which is the priority of the spiritual culture.

“Universal humanization in bringing spirituality to the world”, « we need to put

together everything on the basis of synthesis”…, a fire trajectory of a word gives life to

the transformation”, “our epoch demands - people could enter an organizing committee

of the forum according to their heart and soul call”.

At the 19 of October – the second day of the forum, several sections were putting

together visions and actions. Alexander Trofimov and I made our presentations at the

section № 6. My task was to present a big picture of our planetary activity on the way

of transformation of the world from artificial life to life as art of c-creation. On the eve

of this day we met with the moderator of this section Zh. Purveev, and he spoke about
his idea of the “Great Socrestiye of the Continents” dealing with informational

exchange between all the continents using the map of the future Earth. My thought was

to integrate it with the idea of the Earth is Our Common Home project as a network of

spiritual – cultural communities as hearths of new life and new information.

Many people (there were some 30 countries) spoke about the oneness of the

Earth. “Our planet is an opened system. It is important to be tuned to one another! We

are all co creators of our life, we are responsible for all” (Graufer Berger, Germany).

Alexander Trofimov was like a new voice of a spiritual science that proves the close

connections of a man and the entire cosmos. People realized that we need new

energetic, new politics, new culture, and new education. Many people openly spoke

about God underlying that we can do it only by being guided by God. This very fact

gave me a reverent feeling of a new time and our reconnection with our true home..

Before I was given a word, my favorite Nepal delegation arrived and they were given

an opportunity to speak. I greatly felt that Sansai Tarasawa had “prepared the space”

for my speech. His main idea was to either take care of the Earth all together or the

civilization would doom. I felt that not only words that mattered but the pause

between words – the space changed by the presence was new! I clearly felt that I could

be able to bring the energy and the essence of the presentation that might be told in the

words: “A new world does exist already”. And we are to see together what can be done

to make the transition from “the kingdom of force to the kingdom of Soul” (Vissarion).

While speaking and showing the slides and felt the people’s hearts and sensed that the

word was heard, and that the hearts felt the same feelings with me – we are to be in

time for awakening and synchronizing a collective consciousness of the planet by

reconnecting with our true selves, with each other and the world guided by Heavenly

Father and the United Creator. As I had limited time I could only mention some

profound things… And how amazed I was when, right after me the world was given to

a man from Kazakhstan who spoke about the Vissarion Word adding me. He was A.

Kapishev – author of the “Philosophy of the Future” book, based on Vissarion’s

teaching. I literally felt how all that was happening was produced from above!
 In the evening there was a concert again. We were all happy to meet Joseph

Kobzon, healthy and happy, who sang many songs with a great feeling of blessed

gratitude to life as I could feel. This concert was very special as it was full of living

creativity of people – we danced together with our old and new friends, and this simple

action contained a great mystery of growing unity! We could feel a growing common

spirit of one united people of the Earth.

Late in the evening - out newly born international family - Polly, Amrit, Ananta

and I - we got together in the hall of the “Duman” hotel. This was a circle of unity, love

and actions. Everybody expressed what was streaming out of the soul. We also

celebrated my son’s birthday. I sang and presented our common Big Picture of a new

life. It lasted up till half a night. We had a short but joyful meeting with GHA

delegation at Leo’s room. Many people were together in small and big groups. In the

morning Alexander Trofimov (he lived in another “President” hotel) told that at night

many people saw light hanging over our hotel. Coincidence?

The third day, the 20th of October, was the celebration of the final day of the

forum. In the morning we worked together with Brontoy Bedyurov – an Alati man with

whom we collaborate since Brazil – in the editing group, where I was able to write and

pass the proposal about the Earth is Our Common Home project. All the sections made

short but profound reports about the work done and their results. Though I always feel

that the “results” are inside us. If we meet creating harmony, then we change the fabric

of life invisibly and agree upon some one-two steps for our collaboration.

In the afternoon there was an Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan, to where

representatives from all countries were invited. We were in another group that had a

wonderful opportunity to visit the most “key” places of Astana – that literally means

“capital”. I was as if in several worlds – the present one and many other dimensions. I

felt how the president of Kazakhstan foresaw the future, when he started constructing

this city, as a bridge for the future. We had a very moving moment when everybody

could put his palm into the imprint of Nursultan’s palm, bringing his dream energy

into the initial one, and putting together hearts and soul aspirations. While beautiful

music was playing, I had a feeling of heaven and earth coming together as one in love

with life, people and all living beings on the Earth and beyond.

In the ethnographic museum I noticed a stellar with N. Nazarbaev’s words about

a great path, that the people of this country follow paving the path for a new Human

government on the Earth! There was a sacred moment – when I saw a Golden Man, my

heart shivered with the feeling of complicity and concordance. Life path devoted to
awakening people as co-creators was here, in this point, on this golden path…

In the farewell evening party that was full of warmth of human hearts, I was

amazed by the Toligen’s words: “If my heart could not be opened to each of you, please

forgive me. And thank you all for your Golden time”. Much was spoken without

words…

 It is impossible to name all the golden meetings – all of them have been prepared

for ages. Buddhist Moncks, Kirgiz digits, Altai keepers, educators, lowers, NGO

people, cultural activist – all together with some brave people , who made their steps to

the Future by stepping to the Unknown by going out of all the systems, all was melting

into one in Astana. I express my gratitude to everybody, as all together we were

creating a common new veil of the Mother earth with our thoughts, words and

presence, and now the earth waits for its masters… I have always been feeling the

invisible presence of the Kazakhstan president , who was hosting us like an invisible

host in the “Red Flower” fairy tale...

Late in the evening we again were all together with our newly formed circle of

love. We created the circle of gratitude and it was so moving to know that Polly, a

woman from Great Britain with Celtic roots, saw the future of Astana right the way that

I had been feeling inside my heart all day long – beautiful nature oriented houses,

placed among green valleys, and the transport was totally new, quick, safe and without

any harm to the nature. And happy people.

This really cosmic event in Astana has influenced and will be influencing the

state of the Earth and not only the Earth. As we know that if the flap of the butterfly

wings influences what happens on the other side of the planet, than how can this

planetary meeting of people from all continents, filled with new meaning, with warmth

of hearts from all over the world, could influence the world!

Our gratitude is to Nursultan Nazarbaev, a man from the future who creates a

new Human government, to Kazakhstan spirit and people, to the spirit of bayan-Aul

Mountains, to Mother Earth, to all Highest Worlds, all people who take responsibility

for life and for our common great path for a new world.
