1. Purpose
The purpose of the this document is to explain the necessary setups and the procedure to produce the
CRB report both in COB as well as ONLINE

2. Setup
The below is the standard procedure to generate the CRB report both in COB as well as onl ine.
Considering MBGL is the report which is defined in RE.STAT.REPORT.HEA D and the LINES
were configured accordingly

 Set up the RE.EXTRACT.PARAMS record for the MBGL report
Set up the RE.RETURN.EXTRACT record for MBGL
Ensure the enquiry CRB.REPORT is in place
Ensure the enquiry report record CRB.REPORT.MBGL exists

3. COB
The batch record XXX/ RE.PRINT. DEAL.RP T should be setup

Ensure the RE.OUTP UT.E XTRA CT and RE.OUTP UT.E XTRA CT.MISMA TCH are with daily
frequency

The corresponding reports should be included in DA TA field of the job

RE.OUTPUT.E XTRA CT and RE.OUTPUT.EXTRA CT.MISMA TCH

The record created under ENQUIRY. REPORT should be included in DA TA field of the job
EB.PRINT with a prefix ENQ.(example : ENQ CRB.REPORT.MBGL)
Run the COB
Check the generated report in HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry ENQ REPORT.LIST

4. Online

Ensure the batch record XXX/RE.RE TURN.E XTRACT is exists

Ensure the TSA.SERVICE, XXX/RE.RE TURN.E XTRA CT is exists
Start the TSM and XXX/RE.RE TURN.E XTRA CT
Run the service
Verify the record CRB.REPORT.MBGL in enquiry report
Check the generated report from HOLD.CONTROL using the enquiry REPORT.LIST
