1.0 INTRODUCTION
Civil and Geotechnical Associates was established in 2012 and CAGA

Consultants Pte. Ltd. was setup in 2016 to take over the business of the Civil and
Geotechnical Associates. The company has been actively contributed to the
built environment in Singapore since then. The company has been actively
involved in providing civil, geotechnical and structural engineering consulting
service in the residential, institutional and infrastructure projects. It is led by a
group of committed and responsible professionals. Currently, the company has
total 11 key personnel, including 6 Design Engineers, 2 BIM Engineers, 1
Administrator, 1 Contract Executive and 1 Higher Technical Officer.
Our Mission is to adopt Company’s Principle of Consultancy using one Method

- Erection of 2 storey childcare centre using structural steel above the existing roof deck of an
existing 5-storey multi storey carpark. Checking of the existing structure, adopt steel structure
and design the new steel columns on top of the existing RC columns to minimise the additional
loading on to the existing structure and avoid strengthening works.

- The shelters are made of structural steel in 3D shape and long cantilever length of 7m.
