Performance Task: The school-adopted community has agreed to undertake a work-out program in their respective community. As a member of the committee students will
determine what fitness event are they going to conduct in optimizing fitness levels in the adopted-community. They will be assessed according to proficiency
in the delivery of the tasks and the over-all impact of the fitness program to the community.
