Kiky : Good morning,sir Andreas.

Andreas : Good morning,nurse.

Kiky : Let me introduce myself,my name is nurse kiky rizkillah.

Andreas : yes nurse kiky nice to meet you.

Kiky : Nice to meet you,too. Have you been having any problems lately?

Andreas : No, but the nurse at school says that I should have my blood pressure
checked.

Kiky : Do you have a history of high blood pressure?


Andreas : No, I have never been told that I have high blood pressure.
Kiky : High blood pressure is called the silent killer because it hardly ever has
symptoms.
Andreas : How do you check for high blood pressure?
Kiky : We are going to use this cuff here, and it will give me a reading.
Andreas : What do the numbers mean?
Kiky : They tell me how much your heart is working at rest and when pumping blood.
Andreas : Good. That will help me know how I am doing.

Kiky : Were you rushing to get here or physically active right before this
appointment?

Andreas : No,I wasn’t.

Kiky : Good,Have you been taking your medication?

Andreas : Do you mean like apirin or any other drugs? No,I havent taken any
medication.

Kiky : What’s your Diet activity and physical activity and regimen like?

Andreas : I eat healthy food and I do excersice every morning.

Kiky : you seem very healthy and have very good life quality and lifestyle,now let me
check your blood pressure.

Andreas : Yes,Nurse
