Drill conducted by the BFP.
 Encouraged participation in all classroom
discussion and group activities.
 Have the pupils join the slogan and
poster making contest and Search for
Mr.&Ms. Nutrition during the Nutrition
Month and Disaster Preparedness Month
Celebration.
Staff Development  Attended faculty meetings called by the
principal.
 Attended meetings or conferences called
upon by the Division office officials.
Curriculum and Instructional  Made Daily Lesson Log in line with the
Development Curriculum and Teachers Guide.
 Made instructional materials and devices.
 Accomplished daily forms 1, 2 and 48.
Physical Facilities Development  Maintained cleanliness inside and outside
the classroom and territorial assignments.
Allied and Community Services  Conducted Homeroom PTA Meeting of
Grade IV – SM parents
 Attended the 1st General PTA Assembly
last July 9, 2015 and Mass Induction last
July 30, 2015
 Conducted an Orientation on
Immunization and Deworming of Grade I
and IV Pupils which was participated by
the Grade I and IV parents last July 23,
2015.

Foundation Anniversary last August 20.

used in the teaching learning process.
 Accomplished daily forms 1, 2 and 48.
Physical Facilities Development  Maintained cleanliness inside and outside
the classroom and territorial assignments.
Allied and Community Services  Conducted a Parents meeting of the
DXMC members for an orientation and
other important matters about the
activities of the DXMC members.
