Certification

To whom it may concern:

This is to certify that Mr. Ivan Paulo B. Salanguit is employed of our company from August 20,
1997 up to present. He is the Corporate Secretary and a Legal Counsel of the company on a
permanent and full-time basis from August 20, 1997 up to March 17, 2016.

However, when majority of the company was purchased by AC Energy in 2016, his position as
the Corporate Legal Counsel was declared redundant. Nonetheless, Mr. Salanguit remained to
be the Corporate Secretary of the Company up to present.

This is also to certify that at the time of his employment, his salary was Php150,000 a month
and was increased to Php300,000 a month, exclusive of the monthly and yearly bonus and
additional remuneration for key management personnel. However, his salary was reduced to
Php 100,000 after the acquisition of AC Energy of majority of the company.

This certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. Salanguit for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
